Century Bridge Learning | English as a Second Language Tutor June 2020 – May 2021 | Conducted one-on-one ESL tutoring with students in Taiwan and Hong Kong, engaging them in English language learning through lessons, songs, and games. Utilized both English and Mandarin Chinese to explain complex topics and grammar points.

Annette Maggi for IGH City Council | Campaign Manager June 2020 – November 2020 | In collaboration with the candidate, I executed campaign events to build grassroots connections with residents, business, and other local leaders in a municipality of 34,000 residents. Created digital advertising and video content with over 10,000 view to communicate campaign values.

Villanova University Residence Life | Resident Assistant January 2020 – November 2020 | Fostered a welcoming living community among first year residents while ensuring safety and easing the transition to college life. Previously engaged a community of 50+ upper-class residents through events focused on mental health and wellness. Partnered with a 15 person staff to conduct health and safety inspections, coordinate community events, and uphold university policy.

Angie Craig for Congress | Campaign Intern May 2020 – July 2020 Conducted voter outreach and volunteer recruitment in order to mobilize constituents. Researched in-district issues regarding agriculture and developed social media content aimed at showcasing Rep. Craig’s commitment to farming legislation.

Beyond the Classroom

Willow Creek Farm Preserve (2020-2021) – Volunteered roughly 5 hours each week with WCFP, an organic, regenerative farm, as a farm hand. I assisted farm staff in harvesting, weeding, and soil preparation while also engaging with farm owners and other student volunteers on issues of food injustice and sustainability in the U.S.

Political Science Advisory Council (2020-2021) – Work with students and faculty to address departmental areas for growth and its future in this newly established advisory council. Further help to develop and implement political science focused events including guest speakers and panels.

Study Abroad (Fall 2019) – Intensive Chinese Language Program at Peking University, Beijing, China including intermediate Chinese, business Chinese, and Environmental Policy and Public Perception in Contemporary China courses.
